Copy the details we filled in and open the official claim site. You review the form and submit it yourself. We never sign the attestation.
What this app will not do
- It will not submit a claim form or check a perjury box.
- It will not take a percentage of anything you recover.
- It will not tell you that filing yourself is riskier.
- It will not send email, texts, or any other message. Reminders are written to a log.
